B&C Shareholder Jake Curtis & Associate Casey Blais Win Victory for Camelback Mountain Homeowners

Shareholder Jake Curtis and associate Casey Blais successfully represented a group of homeowners on Camelback Mountain in a suit to protect their common area open space from development.  After a four-day bench trial, Jake and Casey were successful on claims and their clients obtained a judgment for their attorneys’ fees and costs in the amount of $181,000.
