In addition to his trial practice, Dan has briefed and argued numerous cases before various appellate courts, including the Arizona Court of Appeals, the Arizona Supreme Court and the U. S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
 
Prior to joining Burch & Cracchiolo, he spent 5 years working for the Maricopa County Attorney’s office and participated in an exchange program with the Arizona Attorney General’s office.  Dan, who is listed in Who's Who in Practicing Attorneys as well as Who’s Who in American Colleges and Universities, often serves as an arbitrator for commercial cases.

• Representation of a national insurance carrier at trial defending claims of breach of contract, bad faith and punitive damages
• Representation of a franchisee in connection with franchise termination proceedings both before state administrative agencies and in the state superior court
• Defended numerous multi-million dollar claims against individuals, corporations and public entities
• Defended claim briought by local municipality against pipeline manufacturer for sewer pipe leaks, resulting in favorable settlement
