Jeff is a long-time Nevada resident with extensive experience in construction defect cases and contract claims, as well as complex and commercial litigation, employment litigation, labor and management relations, civil rights, public entity defense, medical malpractice and products liability. Although litigation in the Nevada State and Federal Courts constitutes the majority of Jeff’s practice, he also handles appellate matters before the Supreme Court of the State of Nevada and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.  He regularly represents employers in union arbitration matters.

Jeff is panel counsel to a number of insurance providers for which he provides representation of construction defect claims and related matters.  He also represents self-insured clients in construction matters. His clients include casinos and other hospitality clients as well as hospitals and medical providers and real estate companies.  His clients include governments and municipalities, including town councils, commissioners and other public servants.
