Jennifer Boldi focuses her practice on insurance defense, construction defect litigation, and general civil litigation, representing clients in Arizona and California.  Prior to joining Burch & Cracchiolo in 2011, she was General Counsel to Mission Critical Technologies, Inc. where she dealt predominantly with employment and contract law issues.  In this capacity, Jennifer has experience writing corporate policy, providing guidance to human resource professionals, interpreting government contracting requirements and working with unionized work forces.  Jennifer is also experienced in alternative dispute resolution.  Before graduating from law school, Jennifer clerked for law firms specializing in construction defect litigation and estate planning.

While in law school, Jennifer was the Literary Citation Editor of the Journal of the National Association of Administrative Law Judiciary and founded Pepperdine’s first animal law society.  She holds a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine’s top-ranked Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, focusing on the resolution of civil cases through mediation and arbitration.
