Mitchell Resnick is a shareholder and the senior member of the firm’s construction litigation group which includes regulatory/administrative, injury, defect, delay, contract, coverage and environmental matters. He is also a member of the insurance defense practice group where he handlesa variety of other types of cases which includes general liability defense and coverage, premises, product liability, pollution, mold and chemical compound.

Mitch was named as one of the top Arizona construction attorneys by the 2007 Southwest Super Lawyers Magazine, and has been a featured speaker at different seminars around the country regarding construction related litigation.   Mitch represents clients in Arizona, California and Nevada. 

In addition, Mitch is panel consel for several insurance companies and he works with self-insured clients.  Mitch has been the primary responsible attorney on multi-million dollar cases which have been brought before state and federal  trial courts, and through the alternative dispute resolution process in mediation and arbitration. 

Mitch is licensed to practice law in Arizona, California, Nevada, New Jersey, and New York.  He divides his time among the firm’s three offices in Arizona, California and Nevada.
