Richard Brumbaugh’s practice emphasizes civil litigation relating to commercial, business, corporate, tort, insurance, and construction matters. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in cases involving a wide variety of claims, including breach of contract, fraud and misrepresentation, and construction claims.
Rich was admitted to practice before the Arizona State Bar in 2004. He is a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association and State Bar of Arizona. Prior to attending the Saint Louis University School of Law, Rich obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in History from the University of Minnesota.
