The first thing to do is remain calm, and quickly determine if anyone is seriously hurt or in need of immediate medical attention.  Call 911 if there is any question and let the professionals provide the necessary medical care.  If you’ve been involved in a car accident, be careful of other vehicles, and move your car or get out of the way if it is safest to do so.

Adrian Ochoa joins Burch & Cracchiolo, P.A.

Ochoa earned his J.D. from Cornell Law School in 2013 and an LL.M in tax law from NYU School of Law in 2014.  He received a B.A. in accounting, summa cum laude, from the University of Arizona in 2008. Prior to beginning his law practice, he clerked for the Honorable Juan F. Vasquez of the United States Tax Court in Washington, D.C from 2014-2016.  Ochoa has also served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas teaching Federal Tax Research.
