Coming out of law school, I was looking for an opportunity to work with the best lawyers in the state, and I knew that I didn't want to be a cog in a big machine. When I started looking at the different law firms in the valley, Burch & Cracchiolo stood out to me because it really fit the bill of what I was looking for. It's got that big law quality of service with a small law firm feel on a personal level.
I was also told when I was interviewing that I would have the opportunity to be an integral part of matters I was working on early on and I knew that was important and in my experience that has been the case. I've been in the courtroom from the get-go, taking depositions from the get-go, working with clients more and more.
As I've progressed in my career on a one-on-one level and developing that relationship and coming up with solutions with them together and that's really what it's all about as a young lawyer, you want to be challenged and put in uncomfortable positions.
