B&C partners named among 2016 “Top 100 Lawyers” by AZ Business Magazine

B&C partners Ed Bull, Andy Abraham, Martha Patrick and Wendi Sorensen have been named among the Top 100 Lawyers in Arizona by Arizona Business Magazine for 2016.  The annual issue recognizes attorneys in the State who are well-known for their legal knowledge, experience and business acumen inside and outside legal circles.

Ed Bull has been practicing for 36 years and is the senior member among the firm’s zoning and real estate attorneys, in additon to serving as the Firm's president. Certified as a Real Estate Specialist by the State Bar of Arizona, his practice involves the full range of real estate entitlements including zoning, general plan amendments, specific area plan approvals and amendments, interpretations, variances, use permits, subdivision and site plan approvals, annexation, development agreements, construction permits, development impact fees, real estate transactions, right-of-way abandonments and other development-related matters

Andy Abraham has been practicing for more than 30 years in the real estate law and real estate litigation practice area.  Andy has been honored by his selection to Southwest Super Lawyers, Arizona's Finest Lawyers and U.S. News Best Lawyers in America.  US News Best Lawyers in America has named him the Phoenix metro 2015  "Lawyer of the Year" in Real Estate Law and Real Estate Litigation.

Martha Patrick has been in private practice for over 25 years in the Tax Controversy practice area.  Martha is a Southwest Super Lawyer, named as one of Arizona's Finest Lawyers and is a US News Best Lawyer in America.  In 2014 Martha was one of two Burch & Cracchiolo attorneys to be named Phoenix metro "Lawyer of the Year".  In addition, in 2014 Phoenix Business Magazine named her one of the "50 Most Influential Women in Business" in Arizona.

Wendi Sorensen has been certified by the State Bar of Arizona as a specialist in Personal Injury and Wrongful Death law due to her nearly three decades of litigation experience in both state and federal court.  She has been recognized among Arizona's Finest Lawyers and currently serves as a member of the Arizona State Bar committee responsible for conferring certification status in the area of Personal Injury and Wrongful Death law. In 2015 she was chosen as one of "The Most Influential Women in Business" by this publication. Wendi is a Southwest Super Lawyer and is currently listed as one of the "Top 25 Women Attorneys in Arizona" by the highly regarded law firm ranking organization.
