Myles spent the summer of 2022 and 2023 as a summer associate at Burch & Cracchiolo. Prior he was a law clerk at The Shreck Law Firm in Phoenix, AZ.
A native of Glendale, Arizona, Myles spearheaded a project for the Glendale Historical Society serving as an oral history interviewer documenting early experiences in Glendale through interviews with historically significant Glendale residents from January 2019-August 2021.

Biography
Myles Lewallen is an associate attorney at Burch & Cracchiolo, P.A., where he prides himself on being a generalist. He practices in multiple areas, including complex criminal defense, bankruptcy, and civil litigation. He joined the firm in 2024 after previously serving as a summer associate in both 2022 and 2023.
In his criminal defense practice, Myles represents clients who are facing serious criminal exposure. Myles prides himself on fighting for the fundamental rights guaranteed to all. Myles has experience successfully litigating due process violations in complex grand jury proceedings, and his deep knowledge of electronically stored information and the search processes has made him a valuable asset in defending cyber-crime prosecutions.
In his bankruptcy practice, Myles represents Chapter 7 trustees who investigate the affairs of corporate and individual debtors. Myles has experience successfully litigating violations of the Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act in bankruptcy proceedings. In his civil litigation practice, Myles represents individuals and businesses in complex business and commercial litigation matters.
Myles earned his J.D., cum laude, from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2024. During law school, he distinguished himself academically, scoring in the 92nd percentile nationally on the Multistate Bar Examination. Myles was admitted to practice law in California in 2025, and represents clients in and around southern California. He completed his undergraduate studies at Arizona State University, graduating summa cum laude with a B.A. in History in 2021.
Before joining Burch & Cracchiolo, Myles worked as a law clerk at The Schreck Law Firm in Phoenix, Arizona, where he worked as a Rule 39 Certified Law Student, during that time he was able to represent clients and practice law under the supervision of an attorney. Myles, a proud native of Glendale, Arizona, loves giving back to his community through zealous advocacy and a willingness to fight for his clients.
