Whether it's mentoring new attorneys, celebrating milestones, or simply lending a hand and working together as a team when it matters most, we make sure that every person here feels valued and respected.
The company culture at Burch & Cracchiolo is fantastic. There is a strong focus on work life balance, which is really great for kids, families, and having the ability to have a life outside of work. Our clients are at the center of everything. We listen, we care, and we constantly aim to exceed expectations because your success is our success. We also believe in giving back, volunteering in our communities and supporting causes that truly matter. We see service as a responsibility and a privilege. Each year we roll up our sleeves for the annual Valley Partnership Service Project and participate in other local charity events like softball tournaments and golf fundraisers.
And with all the hard work we do, we never forget the importance of family and fun. Whether it's firm gettogethers, holiday gatherings, or just sharing a laugh in the office, we know that joy is part of a healthy workplace. We have Halloween parties, a massive Thanksgiving celebration, and monthly potlucks with all of our employees. I am proud to serve as the president of Burch & Cracchiolo, and to have the tremendous honor of leading the continuing growth and expansion of this iconic law firm.
