Adrian Ochoa joins Burch & Cracchiolo, P.A.

(January 31, 2023…Phoenix, AZ) The law firm of Burch & Cracchiolo, P.A., is pleased to announce that Adrian Ochoa has joined the firm as Of Counsel. In practice since 2016, he focuses on tax planning and tax controversy.

Ochoa earned his J.D. from Cornell Law School in 2013 and an LL.M in tax law from NYU School of Law in 2014.  He received a B.A. in accounting, summa cum laude, from the University of Arizona in 2008. Prior to beginning his law practice, he clerked for the Honorable Juan F. Vasquez of the United States Tax Court in Washington, D.C from 2014-2016.  Ochoa has also served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas teaching Federal Tax Research.

Ochoa is a member of Inns of Court, the Hispanic National Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.  Ochoa is admitted to practice in the U.S. Tax Court and other Federal Courts.  He is fluent in written and spoken Spanish.
