Susie Ingold is a seasoned trial lawyer and has tried cases in State and Federal courts. She has argued cases at the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals as well as the Arizona Court of Appeals. In the business community, Ingold is an executive board member of the Arizona Humane Society, and was member of Valley Leadership, Class XXXIV.
He will focus his practice on civil litigation. Gao joins Burch & Cracchiolo after a clerkship with the Honorable Jennifer M. Perkins at the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One.
Ingold has worked for her firm for 27 years. She quickly rose in the ranks to partner, then vice-president and just last year was elected president, making her the first woman to lead the 54-year-old law firm.
Slomski joined the firm just as the COVID-19 pandemic was rearing its ugly head, making the transition to a new job even more unsettling and uncertain.

Duell is a civil litigator who focuses his practice on employment law and commercial litigation. Slomski focuses his practice on catastrophic injury, wrongful death, motor vehicle and trucking collisions, and victims of medical malpractice.
An Arizona native, Aaron Duell grew up in the Valley and found his way to a law degree after briefly considering an engineering career. He joined Burch & Cracchiolo in 2019 to focus his practice on employment law/litigation and commercial litigation.
Ochoa earned his J.D. from Cornell Law School in 2013 and an LL.M in tax law from NYU School of Law in 2014. He received a B.A. in accounting, summa cum laude, from the University of Arizona in 2008. Prior to beginning his law practice, he clerked for the Honorable Juan F. Vasquez of the United States Tax Court in Washington, D.C from 2014-2016. Ochoa has also served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas teaching Federal Tax Research.
