Background: Abraham has served as Burch & Cracchiolo’s president since 2017. In the course of his 40-plus years of practice in commercial litigation, real estate law, and litigation, Abraham has successfully tried real property cases to verdict, including adverse possession claims and condemnation matters. He closed over 200 loans, most of which were in excess of $1 million, and cured hundreds of title claims. Abraham also has substantial experience in the area of franchisor/franchisee relations.

Ingold has successfully defended corporations, businesses, employers, executives, and management in jury trials throughout Arizona’s state and federal courts.
