PHOENIX, Ariz. (July 16, 2026) – Arizona State Liquor Board has approved the application for a Series 6 liquor license for Barracks Phoenix Inc. following a public hearing held on July 9, 2026.
The Arizona Liquor Board approved the license subject to a condition requiring owner Matthew Moody to complete the removal of former business partner Richard "Scott" Murchison from the ownership structure of Barracks Bar Phoenix Inc. within 90 days.
