The multi-family 360 unit project is located at the southwest corner of San Tan Village Parkway and Ray Road in Gilbert. Residents will be in walking distance of Top Golf, Main Event and San Tan Village Mall. The project will break ground in the summer of 2019 and the first units will be open in the fall of 2020.
