Phoenix, AZ…February 10, 2026... Indigenous Design Studio + Architecture, LLC (“IDS+A”) confirms that it has filed a lawsuit against ZenniHome, LLC (“ZenniHome”) relating to the modular housing project intended to support the Navajo Nation. ZenniHome is owned by Robert Worsley, founder of SkyMall and former Republican member of the Arizona State Senate. The verified complaint outlines claims including breach of contract, misuse of project funds, failure to meet required timelines, and a request for the appointment of a receiver to protect project assets.
IDS+A has taken these actions to ensure accountability, transparency, and the protection of resources intended for a critical housing initiative.
Summary of IDS+A’s Allegations
Breach of Subcontract: IDS+A asserts that ZenniHome failed to meet its obligations under Work Order No. 4, including the failure to complete any modular units as required. IDS+A maintains that ZenniHome did not perform in accordance with the Subcontract and failed to deliver the progress necessary to advance the project.
Misuse and Misappropriation of Funds: The complaint alleges that ZenniHome used project funds for significant unallowable or unrelated expenditures. IDS+A contends that financial reviews revealed improper spending and that ZenniHome did not apply funds solely toward the contracted Scope of Work.
Failure to Provide Required Documentation: IDS+A alleges that ZenniHome repeatedly failed to provide invoices, reports, and supporting documentation necessary to verify expenditures and project progress, despite multiple requests.
Improper Termination and Abandonment of Obligations: IDS+A asserts that ZenniHome’s performance failures justified termination of the Subcontract. The complaint alleges that ZenniHome did not take reasonable or timely action to address deficiencies or fulfill its contractual responsibilities.
Insider Sale of ZenniHome’s assets back to Robert Worsley: IDS+A asserts that ZenniHome’s secured creditor NZ Snowflake Lending, LLC is owned and controlled by Robert Worsley. NZ Snowflake Lending, LLC conducted a public sale of ZenniHome’s assets on December 31, 2025, and Robert Worsley appears to have regained control of ZenniHome’s assets through credit bidding.
Request for Appointment of a Receiver Due to concerns that ZenniHome’s assets—including partially completed units, equipment, and materials—may be at risk of loss or dissipation, IDS+A is seeking the appointment of a receiver. This remedy is intended to preserve assets relevant to the project and protect the interests of the Navajo Nation and other stakeholders.
IDS+A’s Commitment to Accountability and the Navajo Nation
IDS+A remains committed to supporting the Navajo Nation’s housing needs and ensuring that all project funds and resources are used responsibly and transparently. The decision to pursue expanded legal action reflects IDS+A’s dedication to safeguarding the integrity of the project and ensuring that all parties are held to their contractual obligations. IDS+A hopes the Navajo Nation recognizes IDS+A’s efforts to hold ZenniHome accountable for the project the Navajo Nation entrusted its contractors and sub-contractors to perform. IDS+A hopes to ally itself with the Navajo Nation to that end.
IDS+A continues to prioritize:
- Responsible stewardship of project funds
- Transparency in all financial and operational matters
- Protection of community interests
- Advancement of fair and fact‑based resolution
Relief Requested
IDS+A seeks judgment against ZenniHome as follows:
- Special and general damages in an amount to be proven at trial, but not less than $21,984,903.20
- Appointment of a receiver over ZenniHome
