Martha C. Patrick, Certified Specialist in Tax Law, presented a workshop On Setempber 22, 2012 to the AZ Society of CPAs on Eggshells Audits. Patrick focused on factors considered by the IRS in asserting civil fraud penalties and referrals for criminal prosecution.
