Ann Marie assists clients with acquiring, selling, and financing commercial properties; counsels clients with office and retail leasing; and assists clients with business transactions and entity formation. Before becoming a real estate transactional attorney in 2016, she was a litigator practicing in the areas of commercial, employment/labor and real estate law. Graduating first in her class, she received her J.D. from the Arizona Summit Law School (formerly Phoenix School of Law) in 2012.
While in law school, Ann Marie completed externships at the Arizona Solicitor General’s Office and the Arizona Supreme Court Staff Attorneys’ Office. After law school, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Kent E. Cattani of the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One. Her interest in real estate and business stems from her professional background serving in various executive and leadership roles with commercial and residential brokerages and trade associations. While in those positions, Ann Marie gained first-hand, practical expertise about issues impacting the real estate industry and developed strategic planning and problem-solving skills. She received her B.A. in political science, magna cum laude, from the University of Southern California.
