The law firm of Burch & Cracchiolo, P.A., is pleased to announce that Helen Pauly-Hice has join the Firm as an associate. Her practice will focus on civil litigation, employment law and litigation, and general business matters. Pauly-Hice spent the summers of 2023 and 2024 at Burch & Cracchiolo as a summer associate prior to joining the Firm.
Our October teacher is Kathy Porteria of Tonalea Middle School in south Scottsdale just north of the Tempe border. It is a Title 1 school of 442 6-8 graders. Kathy has been teaching there for 20 years and works with the students who have especially tough circumstances.
Shannon has been teaching 3rd grade at John F Long Elementary School for 12 years.
Seth focuses his practice on real estate litigation, civil litigation, real estate transactions, and estate planning.
“I have wanted to be a teacher since I was a kid and saw the amazing impact teachers have on students' lives. I became interested in working in special education after volunteering at Special Olympics. I previously taught special education kindergarten and had many students with Autism and that brought an interest to specializing in working with kids with Autism.”

Susie Ingold is a seasoned trial lawyer and has tried cases in State and Federal courts. She has argued cases at the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals as well as the Arizona Court of Appeals. In the business community, Ingold is an executive board member of the Arizona Humane Society, and was member of Valley Leadership, Class XXXIV.
