Adrian earned his J.D. from Cornell Law School in 2013 and an LL.M in tax law from NYU School of Law in 2014.  He received a B.A. in accounting, summa cum laude, from the University of Arizona in 2008.  Prior to beginning his law practice, he clerked for the Honorable Judge Juan F. Vasquez of the United States Tax Court in Washington, D.C from 2014-2016.  Adrian has also served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Incarnate Word teaching Federal Tax Research.

Biography

Adrian devotes a substantial portion of his legal practice to helping his clients successfully navigate and resolve their federal tax disputes.  Having served two years as a law clerk and attorney-advisor to the Honorable Judge Juan. F. Vasquez of the United States Tax Court in Washington, D.C., Adrian leverages his unique insight into government processes to offer his clients cost-effective solutions to their tax problems.  He has represented clients in all phases of a federal tax dispute, including IRS audits, appeals, litigation, and collection matters.  Adrian also utilizes his extensive knowledge of tax controversy matters to assist clients in their transactional matters.  In addition to tax disputes, Adrian has represented clients in matters relating to estate and probate matters, contractual disputes, and other complex civil litigation matters.

Adrian is fluent in both English and Spanish.
