The recent sale of 12,081 acres of land in the near Sun Valley Parkway and the Loop 303 to BA Pacific Sun Valley LLC was handled by Burch & Cracchiolo president Andy Abraham. Abraham represented the group purchasing the property that includes Levine Investments Limited Partnership, Andrew Cohn and Gary Tharaldson. The seller was WVSV Holdings, an entity affiliated with Conley Wolfswinkel of W Holdings based in Tempe, AZ.

The two-year old Burch & Cracchiolo “Star Teacher Award” program is getting an update this month as Valley students and teachers head back to school for the 2021-2022 school year. In addition to a Valley teacher being chosen each month to receive $500, the school where the educator teaches will receive an additional check for $250 to be used at their discretion.
